Fseventer shows all the changes occurring in your file system, it does so by using the same underlying API as Spotlight.. When any change is made, large or small, the window displays a dynamic flowchart of all the changes that have just happened. It’s quite entertaining to watch and very informative. For instance, if you want to know what changes a specific program makes to your filesystem, this program will show you with a graphical representation.
